If you really want to take your indoor cycling to the next level then its about time that you bought a fluid resistance turbo trainer, more specifically the Elite Crono Fluid ElastoGel Trainer.
Sound like a mouthful? Well dont worry about getting tongue-tied, this little gem is available to order online and after youve accepted delivery, its as easy as one, two, three to set up.
Getting started on the Elite Crono Fluid Elastogel
Once you climb on youll notice that the Elite Crono allows a little more sideward motion, or sway, than some of the other turbo trainers out there. Dont give this a second thought as you are completely secure. If anything, the motion makes the whole experience more realistic.
Aside from that, youll notice that the larger elastogel roller on the Elite Crono Fluid ElastoGel Trainer does seem to provide more traction to your rear wheel than traditional turbo trainer rollers. This allows for swift changes of pedaling rhythm without noticeable slippage between the wheel and roller.
The sturdy frame on this turbo trainer is self adjusting which means that your weight and position have an influence on the resistance, giving you a more realistic training experience.

This allows for a great training session on the Elite Crono Fluid ElastoGel Trainer with workouts equaling or even exceeding road training. Although watching reruns of Friends isnt going to replace the feeling of wind in your hair anytime soon
